For more than two decades, I have photographed the body through light, time, and material.

My work returns to the moment a body begins to dissolve into what surrounds it, whether a room, a landscape, light, or movement, and to the inner states it carries: emptiness, melancholy, desire.

The image begins in front of the camera: with a body, a surface, a source of light, and the time required for them to meet. Digital tools belong to the final stage; the photograph comes from a physical encounter.
